Thanks to a partnership with the Red Cross HTF&R will now be able to install new or replace old/not working Smoke Alarms in Harlan Township homes. Smoke Alarms have a direct impact on survivability when a fire occurs in a home, especially when people are sleeping. Older homes were not built with hard wired smoke alarms so it’s critical that these homes have smoke alarms on every level of the home and in each bedroom.
The smoke alarms are FREE but must be installed by fire department staff.
If you would like us to come out and install smoke alarms in your home PM us thru Facebook or email us at: Harlansmokealarms@gmail.com
We will call you back and schedule a date and time for the install visit.
